We have stayed for two days in this hotel (though, they have 2 raj hotels in the city and they have offered us to switch to a better one which is new). The managers who work during the day are really nice and helpful and we have appriciated communicating with them. The hotel was above good and helping staff with committed facilities and security.the taj is very close to the hotel and tried to give possible facilities.So enjoybthe Trip .....

A lot of problems with electricity. Not so clean. Totally unclean, strange staff. Our daughter got bitten by an ape on the rooftop. Really dirty. I don't mind about comfort when I am travelling, that's not important to me. But, could be clean at least. There were garbage from last 3 months minimum under the bed. Staff promised plenty, delivered nothing. I asked for 2 towels and a sheet to change the double bed into 2 single as originally requested, after 3 promises of same, I had to find the linen cupboard and help myself. The rooms are not as pictured on their booking page. They are smaller and dowdy. No toiletries, no fridge or kettle as promised. The roof top restaurant is just a couple of tables and chairs, with little or no service. Didn't like that the website says there is free parking but its half a kilometre away !!! They moved us to a better place but we couldn't shower there cause there was too much green slime coming out of the tap ... Eeeek. The area where the hotel is located is not at all worth staying with family. Moreover, there is no car parking facility. Room not as advertised on letsbookhotel.com. no fridge, no kettle, no hot water, scruffy decor. Could never be described as a "superior triple room!" Only good thing was the excellent air con!.
