  Really lovely owner and his wife. They were so helpful. My bag got lost in Heathrow London and did not arrive till the next day. The owner lent me three of his T-shirts to keep me going. Staff also fantastic. - We very much appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, accommodating our early departure (including breakfast to go).
