Omgivelsene - very good value for these money.Absolutely satisfied. Same hotel in western europe cost 2 or 3 times more.Only good memories. Spa included in price.No extra expenses. - Excellent facilities. Very friendly staff. Bedrooms/bathrooms were of a high standard. Breakfast was very good. Would definately stay again!

When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. Perfect for a family of six. We were traveling with grandparents and two
children. 1 and 1/2 baths, two bedrooms with double beds, and a
living room. Very nice kitchen. The apartment was nicely prepared for
us, with living room fold out couch already prepared for our children.

Free parking has only 8 spots, there is a garage which costs 8EUR/night, however you can pay only for those nights actually spent in garage, if you get a free place for other nights. Some difficulties with English while communicating with receptionist, actually is hard to communicate English in Hungary in general. -

It was clean and friendly. The food was good, the staff were considerate and unobtrusive. Excellent value for money overall. The location is convenient (on a ring-road, on a tram-route that links to two of the metro lines). Anyone who's in the city for an MTK or Ferencvaros game will find it VERY convenient.

Hotel was really comfortable; staff was really helpful and friendly. For a four stars hotel I would expect little bit more, but everything was fine for me during this short stay in Budapest. Hotel is really close to lot of sights, just a short walk from Parliament. Breakfast buffet was well stuffed and had a lot of options.

- Hotel provided upgraded room to us when knows that we are in
honeymoon trip.
- Taxi transfer is a good way to reach hotel you should use it - airport is too far away from city center. But you can pay there only by cash - we payed in euro.
- Breakfast were very important part in this residence - so don't miss it.
- It was very hot weather - and air conditioning wasusefull - but it takes time to understand how to use it (we never used air conditioning implemented in building).

It was very good value for Budapest, and the facilities made it an excellent choice for a hot summer break in Budapest. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the Sziget festival and it was a very good choice. Transport links are good for getting into town. Price when booked in advance was good value. We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!
