We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we
arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from
Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name
was Peter or Paul - sorry!) Was so friendly and greeted us like we

the guy to arrange a space for us! The flat was very open and spacious,

The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short
vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are
the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located
within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The
artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with
information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on
some bookings.

Omgivelsene - very good value for these money.Absolutely satisfied. Same hotel in western europe cost 2 or 3 times more.Only good memories. Spa included in price.No extra expenses. - Excellent facilities. Very friendly staff. Bedrooms/bathrooms were of a high standard. Breakfast was very good. Would definately stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kalmar Pensio. It is a beautiful 120 year old mansion comverted into a Pension in an excellent location. It is very near the Chain Bridge in Budapest, right behind the Gellert Baths and so easily accessible to all major sightseeing venues yet in a residential area. The Manager, Ester made us very welcome and was very informative and helpful. We had a huge room with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and a huge bathroom! What more could you ask for?!

It was very good value for Budapest, and the facilities made it an excellent choice for a hot summer break in Budapest. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the Sziget festival and it was a very good choice. Transport links are good for getting into town. Price when booked in advance was good value. Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.
