  Location is good: subway station, tram station in front of the hotel. Currency exchange office at the corner. A lot of restaurants nearby. 3 mins to New York cafe on foot. 12 mins to shopping streets and Donau. The room we got was a bit small but clean and good equipped. Very good breakfast. Nice mirror in the - Location is good (close to subway and railway station as well as to the main attractions and sightseeing routs), staff is also not bad, but we've got wrong tip on how to get to the funicular and were advised to buy tickets for hop-on/hop-off bus, but with no mentioning of the fact that price in hotel is higher than regular (and it's really weird even for Budapest). The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. To make a long story short: At the hotel I explained my dilemma to the staff at reception and couldn't believe the immediate response I received from.
