Beliggenheten og vennlig og hjelpsomt personalet.
Dårlig med skap og muligheter for å henge opp tøy. Dårlig med kjøkkenutstyr. Ingen oppheng på bad til håndklær. Var god plass i gang til å sette inn garderobeskap og det bør gjøres. Oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin burde vært i leilighetene i forhold til pris.
