The staff were very nice and helpful espeically with getting us anothernights stay during the typhoon, pool was great. Room was verycomfortable and clean and it was very close to transport around HongKong and a great location for walking to downtown Kowloon - very helpful in giving me directions and suggestions, loved the pool and pool side service

The correct word to describe Hotel ICON is SUPERB !!... This hotel was absolutely ABOVE & BEYOND of my expectation for quality of hotel and hospitality. I stayed at room 2307 for 2 nights. Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. Food in the restaurants was expensive but we had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant, which has an incredible view over the city, and the breakfast was also very good, so worth the splurge. On arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and efficient staff. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. Our room was luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a well supplied bathroom. We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends.

The staff was extremely quick in responding any request we had (such as bringing extra bottle of water, extra set of toiletries, booking a restaurant, etc..). Literally like one minute after I hung up the phone - I am certainly impressed. This is even faster compared to Grand Hyatt or Mandarin Oriental in HK. Definitely worth a praise.

The hotel has a very good location. The shops, restaurants, MTR station and the church were all walking-distance . The staff is very accommodating. Twelve members of my family checked-in, 8 adults and 4 kids. We reserved 4 rooms and we were given 2 sets of adjoining rooms, how convenient! The rooms (and bathrooms) are very clean and well-kept.

The staffs were courteous and helpful. during our stay, the hotel needed to have a temporary power outage, the details were properly explained to us during checkin, plus notices in the bedroom and TV. This show that the hotel cares about its customers and communicated it very well.

We stayed in the room with the harbour view and loved it. We were cellebreting our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us feel really special. They offered me flowers when I got to the hotel and the next day when we got back in the evening there were champagne and chocolate with a card signed for all the staff. Very kind ! All the staff has an exceptional attention to the guests, always aware of everything ir order to helping the guests. Next time in HK we'll definetly stay at Shangri-La. Pe
