  The owner, Pete, was very helpful, introduced us to other couples staying there and made sure we had everything we wanted. He prepared a BBQ for everyone staying and joined us all on the middle Sunday. The views were spectacular, the pool was kept spotless every day, clean linen/towels and floor mopped 12 days out of 14, the beach at Almirida was ... hva folk sier » only a 4 minute drive, all in all, fantastic value for money. - The position was wonderful - up on a hill, but with a sea view. We could walk to the town/ beach on a small path in 15 min. The appartment is big, clean and all utensils are there if you needed to cook, or to make a coffe/ have a glass of wine. The food in the village is excellent, so we did not use the facilities. The welcome is excetionally warm and freindly. The price in Okt was fantastic.
