The owner is quite a character, but kind and friendly (and speaks a very good English too...). This is a one star hotel, don't forget it! But it's quiet, clean, and everything you may request from a hotel is there, including free web access. If you're on a budget, this is for you. First impact was a bit rough, but it was our fault as we arrived at 11 pm. I loved staying here. From the minute I arrived Dimitris was so welcoming and went out of his way to do things for me (including making me a coffee frappe and cheese toast). It is close to the beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket and bars. Breakfast was great. I will definitely go back one day!.

A great value, an extremely comfortable budget hotel, and an experience full of small kindnesses!. The kindess of its owner. Dimitri came to Nafplio to pick me up for free, and gave me a free car ride to the same place a couple of times also. The hotel is also very close to the sea and my bedsheets were cchanged every day. - Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. - Clean, spacious and comfy rooms. - Dimitri (the owner) makes you feel extremely welcome throughout your stay. - Close to beach and shops. The owners are very nice, friendly, pleasant, communicative. The hotel is true to its description on letsbookhotel.com. Very nice overall. For the price and for what the hotel provides it is the best of all. Dimitris, the owner, tries very hard to make people happy. The value money was excellent. The location is very good. Great traditional greek hotel set back but near town and beach. everything was good. They let us ckeck in earlier than the hour tha was in the site. The breakfast was ok for its money. location, friendliness. After-hours receptionists are a little bit spooky... But that's mostly it!. Nothing. Weak and slow WiFi. The is no elevator but don't worry the owner will probably help you to carry the luggage. The lady didn't let us take the key of the room with us out of the hotel The distance for the beach was not 100m The room wasn't very clean. facilities, needs renovation (specially the pluming etc).
