The well informed and most pleasant receptionist, the location near the sea, and the wonderful quiet and clean rooms.
We did not have time to use the swimming pool which was warm and clean.

Sitia Bay is an apartment hotel which has good quality fixtures and fittings, and focuses on maintaining a clean and friendly environment for guests. The rooms were cleaned properly every day and clean line supplied. The kitchen actually had pots pans and crockery (which many apartments boasting kitchens do not have). The manager was not push and intrusive but did offer great advice on where to go and what to see when we requested information. We were sad to leave!!

Our hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful, showing real concern for our comfort.
The accommodation is well situated with parking for cars and easy access to a good beach and to the town of Siteia on foot or to the east coast of Crete by car.
The 2 balconies allow you to choose sun or shade at any time of the day and the location is quiet with nice gardens. Strongly recommended, very good value for money.

By far the staff was extremely hospitable and always wanted to know what they could do to make our stay even more pleasant.
I was also impressed at how clean the rooms were, the incredible value for the money spent, and of course the wonderful view off our balcony.
Oh, and the coffee produced out of the coffee machine was very good.

Veldig koselig personale. Vasilis og Ellis var akkurat slike personer vi ønsker å møte i resepsjonen. Passe avstand inn til Sitia by. Fine leiligheter med masse utstyr. Flott med vaskemaskin etter noen uker på farten. En plass vi garantert kommer tilbake til. Neste gang med fly fra Athen direkte til Sitia. Anbefales på det varmeste. -

Lovely, newly refurbished apartments. Well equipped with ample storage. Even a washing machine! Very friendly and helpful owners. A very short walk to a quiet beach and convenient for visiting many historical sites.
Definitely plan to return.

The hotel has very good location in first line around harbour, near to nice city beach. The view from the balcony was really wonderful. Plenty tavernas as well two supermarkets are in close distance. Room was spacious, equipped with all necessary. Hotel provides own private shielded parking cost free. Personnel were very helpful. WiFi connection worked in our room without any problem. The hotel was a good choice from value for money point of view.
