The property is well and centrally located, near to the beach supermarket, other small shops and taverns. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are clean and nice with very good working wifi and satellite tv. There is a private shady parking beside the house and big public parking just opposite it. The politeness and kindness of the owner and the staff is much above the average. All in all this hotel is excellent value for money. Very good location in Sarti center, near everything: beach, tavernas, supermarkets and a very good start point for visiting top beaches in sithonia (portokali, armenistis, karidi, kalamitsi) which are located on east part of leg.
The owner is very friendly, always ready to help. It is a pleasure to talk to him.
The apartament was clean and nice, big enough for 4-5 persons with chichinette, a fridge and air-conditioned, very good wifi and satellite tv.

Iliadis house was very clean and nice facility. The rooms were comfortable and the service was the best i ever experienced. Just at the beach, with one child and a lot of package it took us less than a minute to get to the sunbed. We really got value for our money and will return for sure. The staff and especially mr. Iliadis was very friendly and helpful so that you felt like home, always available for a chat or answering our questions.
The house is located just 1 minute away from the beach and the city centre. There are plenty of bars, taverns, shops and all kind of stuff right next to it. Although the central location it is quiet and very comfortable. There is a parking place in front of the house. The WiFi works great. The host is very polite and always very helpful. We had a great time and will certainly recommend the place. Great value for money! :).
Excellent base for visiting the beaches of Halkidiki. Recommend staying here in the comfortable rooms with mini kitchens and balconies where you can self cater and save a few $. Price is much better than being beachfront which is 3 minutes walk. Having a car lets your explore the other more remote beaches, but lets you have access to the towns tavernas and cafe a for some responsible evening drinking!.
Wonderful location very close to the shops, very close to the beach and tavernas. The hotel is in the center of the village. The rooms are beautiful and equiped with all that may be needed. The village is also very nice, with inspiring history and hospitable people. The beach is magnificent and large. And the view to mount Athos is above everything else.

The weird set up of the bathroom sink that prevented the door of opening more than half of its way, but since the bathroom was clean and nice it was not that hard to get used to.
