We came to visit Santorini at its last days of tourist season (end of October) and decided to stay in Oia as it's considered the most beautiful town of Santorini, although it's a little further out compare with Fira. We were lucky to stay at Rimida Villas, it located outskirt of Oia, with a view of the whole town, we had seen a great sunset right outside our door one evening. I liked everything. I have been to Santorini before and the overall standard of accommodation is high at every price level. It is highly competitive too. What makes the Sigal stick out is the unassuming nature of your hosts, all members of the same lovely family who are always cheerful and overtly helpful without straying into the poncey attendant type operation that Santorini seems to have sprouted in abundance. Although Santorini pretty much has amazing views anywhere you go, the views from the Villas were special because it allowed a unique perspective from the main parts of the island. Staying in Akrotiri is a must if you enjoy culture or history. The whole family owned this hotel was quite friendly and warm. Becides of the free pickup from/to port and airport, Mr.Argyros even drove his van to show us around the downtown of Kamari village and pointed out the location of supermarkets, post office and bus stops. This is a fantastic boutique hotel located at the highest point of the caldera with breathtaking views - the best in Santorini. Position perfect it is just a few minutes walk to the shops and cafes of FIra yet away from the noise. Everything was perfect. The lovely apartment was facing the pool with double doors opening to views of the hills from the bedroom at the back - beautiful! It was a few minutes walk from the end of the beach strip so was lovely and quiet while still being so close to the beach and some lovely bars and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone else thinking of it.

Loved our stay at Anassa. Made to feel like royalty. Was given choice of rooms upon arrival. Staff were amazing, hospitable and extremely accommodating. Great location in Kamari, less than one min walk to the beach. Hotel very clean and rooms very spacious. Lovely breakfast daily and good selection of foods. Great restaurants very close by.
