  Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island. The hotel is nice and cozy,and has only 4 rooms. We were very surprised by the size of the room, but it did not disturbed us at all, as it is a kind of unusual ... hva folk sier » trait and fun, plus everything is small on Santorini) Also you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, sitting on a cozy veranda of the hotel. Staff was very fri - Very good location, 10 min walk from buzzing Fira but much more quiet. Excellent view of the caldera from the shared balcony. Kosmas, the owner, is kind and very helpful. Very good value for money, considering how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it. Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes it worth it.

  The caldera views were the best on the island, we sat around the pool to watch the sun set. The hotel was lovely,modern and clean. Breakfast was well done (coffee, tea, yogurt, cereal, toasts, meats, cheeses). As a family with children ages 2 and 4 years old, we loved the pool.   We really had a great time. fira (karterados) is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday especially in june. Thea Studios is well located, close to the center, restaurants, bars, etc. You can easily rent a quad and exploring the island with pleasure.   staff were very friendly. The location is nice as only 15 mins walk to Fira. Restaurants are a lot cheaper than in Fira - The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the centre of Thira and 2 minutes walk to the bus stop (you can get to the beaches). Our room was nice and clean with spacious balcony.

  it is in perissa right by the beach, a lot of bars close by. The staff is very friendly, everyone knows tony in town who is the owner of the hotel. - Great value. It's not a 5 star hotel but the house has some character. Tony picked us up at the port at 3.30am, and the ferry arrived more than an hour late. Hes very nice and helpful too.
