  The staff, especially the proprietress, were really helpful friendly and thoughtful. They all spoke good English. We immediately felt at home - among friends. Our room was pleasant, airy and had a view of the sea from its balcony. The hotel has wisely refrained from filling all its ground with accommodation and provides a calm oasis in which to re... hva folk sier » lax. We made good use of the tiny whitewashed traffic free streets (well apart from the occasional motorbike or mule train) that we accessed from the - Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

  Lovely room with beautiful views. Very helpful friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were met at the airport and then taken to the port to catch our ferry to Crete.   Incredible views, excellent and clean rooms, very supportive and helpful staff. The property sticks out of a promontory and overlooks the caldera of Santorini.   This was a beautiful hotel. The view is magnificent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are really nice and unique. They are very organized and professional and very friendly.   The staff at the Phillipion were fantastic! Great service from everyone from the front desk,pool/bar staff to the cleaning staff. Nothing was a problem and any questions or problems were dealt with quickly. Breakfast was included and had a great selection and choice. Rooms are large and spacious, with great bathroom facilities. Body wash and shampo - Staff so welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Position a great balance between expense and closeness to all Thira and Oia.Rooms excellent with warm baconies with views. Front area rooftop has perfect sunset views without going to the exorbitant Oia. Awesome pool. Delicios breakfast. Free pickup. We cannot recommend highly enough.
