  The location of the hotel, first and foremost. The rooms are tidy and clean, bathrooms are decent (hygene-wise). We've had the opportunity of having a big, shared balcony in our room which is pretty cool for chilling out and having dinner after a long day. The staff was kind and willing to negotiate with us any and every request we've had. Even th... hva folk sier » e cleaning lady was nice. :) The bedclothes and towels were changed on a regular basis. - Stayning at Benitsa beach hotel was a wonderful experience .Even though the hotel is small the facilities are outstanding .Sitting on the balcony you can enjoy the amazing view of the ionian sea and a fantastic sunset. The location is convenient just a few meters from the beach . But the most important ,the staff are very friendly and efficient and the hotel manager treats every guest like family
