- Close enough to the beach, but not so close that you're bothered by noise, etc. - The staff and hotel manager are awesome, the manager is willing to personally take you on a tour around town to show you all the good places to visit/eat/party and, for example, orders you pizza to be delivered on-site if you wish. - The staff/manager speak Greek, Bulgarian, English, German... - The rooms were regularly cleaned and it was done thoroughly. - There is a mini market close by if you need anything. -.

The room is spacious and very nice arranged,the owner is very nice and always helpful. Breakfast is ok but could be a little richer. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. No issues with parking. The hosts are helpful. - It's about a 20-30 min walk from the 'life' (the nearest shopping/eating/partying street) which isn't that much, but is a lot in high heels xD; - The fridges in the rooms are rather small. - The view isn't much (mostly other hotels and the surrounding plains). The bathroom was quite small.I would have liked the terrace in the back to have a tent because it was too sunny for my taste. The location is not quite ok, is far from the beach and from Paralia. The view is towards an empty grass field and a construction site. No sound proof and a lot of homeless dogs running and barking around. It is a bit away from Paralia. There is no sun shade / umbrella on the balcony. The wi-fi is available in the "lobby" only. For me it is a bit overrated and I do not like being welcomed by a request of payment first.
