Since the first moment I stepped in Esperas Hotel, I felt at home. Beautiful Santorini property with stunning views of the caldera. I had a suite with a private plunge pool and thoroughly enjoyed my 5 day stay. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive with the right mix of being there when needed and leaving me alone. Private cave swimming was an unexpected surprise.

Everything - the fact that it was a small family run hotel, the service was very personal, there was nothing Irini or her family would not do for you, but equally they left you alone to enjoy the holiday. The hotel is conveniently located right opposite to a bus stop (bus stop name same as hotel name). The hotel has an outdoor tavern (reasonably priced) which was very helpful as we arrived late and tired. Room is very quiet and comfortable (with good air-conditioning) with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the Aegean Sea in the distance.

I had booked a room for 2 but my friend changed plans at the last meeting. Anemomilos was very accommodating at adjusting my room rate even though it was too late to make the change through letsbookhotel.com. The complimentary breakfast was very good and plentiful. Facilities were also very clean.

Located at the bottom of the stairs we had a lot of privacy and the cave house was stylishly furnished and spotlessly clean. I was particularly impressed with the old style kitchen and it was pleasant experience to cook there. The private balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea was a major highlight and it was an real enjoyment just laying there and doing nothing :) The infinitely pool was small but nice. The breakfast room had an unbeatable view of the ocean as well.

This is a small hotel, just 4 rooms, and it looks more like a Greek home rather than a hotel - many small details in rooms like candles in a shape of ship, hand-made embroidered tablecloths, small kitchen, etc.

The closeness to the sea and the walks on the beach, the beautiful views in a peaceful part of Santorini. The sea can be rough during Meltemi, but that is part of the charm and contributes to the beauty of the place. The possibility to walk to Finikia through the fields in 20-30 minutes and to Oia in 45-60 minutes. Car or scooter otherwise recommended as bus transportation is diffucult.

We loved our time at Amoudi Villas and did not want to leave! The views are breathtaking. The location was also perfect: caldera-side, quiet, and outside of the fray of Oia (yet still just a short hike from the town.) - Not very good cliff view, but might be a good place to enjoy the sunset.
