  Very nice hotel with a very professional ambiance. Helpfull and friendly English speaking people. Excellent buffet breakfast. Nice room with everything you expect from even a higher class hotel. 20 min. walk to the center of Athens. Shuttle service to the airport. A hotel we seriously recomment. - Huge room, excellent facilities (really fast, free ... hva folk sier » wired internet) - as a business traveler working a lot in the room, couldnt be happier.

  The staff and calamari and the pool. Staff were very concerned and helped rectified an incorrect booking when they found it was incorrect on arrival. - The breakfasts were very nice. The Kona Kai Polynesian restaurant was also a nice option. Room was comfortable.

  The Central Hotel is very well situated in Athens in the Plaka, with a view of the Acropolis from our room, but also within a few short blocks of the main Athens shopping districts. It is about 2 blocks away from major public transportation (which is worth trying as the subways have become museums in their own right due to excavation finds in rec... hva folk sier » ent years). Strolling through the plaka and vendor stalls, you will find yourself next to the ancient agora on one side and rows of tony restaurants - Location: The location is great, just a few blocks from the Syntagma Square and in walking distance to the main attractions. We took x95 from the airport but it stopped pretty far from the square and we walked about 1.5km with 4 luggages! I would recommend taking a metro or ask hotel to book a transfer: €40 one way. Staff: very friendly and helpful. We flew to Santorini after check-out and we could stored the luggages at the hotel for 2 days. Clean. It has free wifi and a roof top bar with a go
