  We stayed at this hotel for about 10 days, our room was excellent for a 3 star hotel. Room cleaning was possibly the best I've experienced, brilliant white sheets and we never had a knock for room cleaning, our room was always prepared whilst we were away.   We spent only one night in this hotel, we found the reception staff very kind and helpful expecially for the possibility to check-in by night as it happens. The room was very big and very clean, the air conditioning was work very well (I've been there on September), also free wi-fi is available. At the reception were very helpful when we had problems with the airport. A hotel employee called and struggled with our airline. Very nice that we are so helped. Thank you.

  The hotels is quiet, clean and with a fantastic breakfast. One of us was sick and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. We extended our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. As for the comments about the neighbourhood, except for one street between the museum and the polytechical school it was just fine. But the room was big and clean. On the opposite side of the street is Polytechnic School so we had no "neighbours" looking through our window. Instead o lot of free parking space (in greek meaning ofc). Many police officers 24/7 in the area. Safe and quiet place.

  This was our second stay in this hotel - the first one had been 15 years ago and we immediately loved both the hotel and its neighbourhood. When we decided to visit Athens again this year, there was not a doubt for a single moment that we would stay at the Exarchion Hotel again. The owner of the hotel gave me a map and told which places worth visiting. Also he provided a lot of helpful information about the city. The rooms are relatively small but cozy. They were cleaned once a day. The towels were also changed on a daily basis. I was very pleased to find 2 teeth brushes and tooth paste in a bathroom. Air Condition system worked properly. Breakfast was good and substantial. Location is very convenient. It takes 20 min from the hotel to Acropolis
