Moreover, ever - Upon booking, I had requested a non-smoking room on a higher floor. When we checked in, we were given a room on a second floor that was a smoking room where everything was scented with nicotine. However the hotel were happy to accommodate us with this change when we checked in. The doors are double to the balcony which is good for the busy street.   We loved our stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff, great service, personal approach. We felt at home there. The room had a retro style to it which reminded me my childhood home. I loved it. We were able to walk most places and did not have to use the metro much at all. From our room the wifi was weak, but we could use a neighboring hotel's wifi and it was a good signal. We didn't eat the breakfast so I'm not sure how it was. The fridge in the room was not already turned on, so we had to turn it on. It was helpful to have an aditional mirror outside the bathroom for getting

Especially the super jacuzziarea and sundeck with the most fantastic view. We also enjoyed the nice bar and lounge area. Excellent location in Athens!
