  Lovely room with beautiful views. Very helpful friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were met at the airport and then taken to the port to catch our ferry to Crete. A really great place to stay. - Nearly everything was very well. The apartment with the east view to the sea was unexpectedly even better, because its veranda offered more... hva folk sier » privacy.   The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in a great location overlooking the caldera. All the views are just stunning, and although you don't get the famous "sunset" of Oia, we loved the changing colors of the sky against the volcano (a more unique view than a sunset, in my opinion). We stayed in the Junior Suite, which is perfect for couples. The h... hva folk sier » otel has been refurbished, so everything is relatively new. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is tasty, an - Akrolithos is amazing. It has a nice swimming pool with stunning view to the caldera. Our room -and I think all rooms- had the same view. It is not luxurious, but was refurbished this year and very clean. The breakfast is served by the pool, normally until 11 o'clock, but they were happy to serve it even at 13.00, when we were waking up! The staff (in particular Evi and Panayotis) is very warm and friendly and they will make you feel like home. So is the owner. What impressed us is that I forgo
