  We have stayed at this hotel three times now each time for one night while waiting for a boat to paxos / the mainland. I would highly recommend it for a short stay, particularly the corner rooms (number 5 on each floor). These have a balcony looking down one of the main pedestrian streets and a window looking out across the park to the old fort. ... hva folk sier » The views from the top floor (room 505) are particularly spectacular. The location is excellent and corfu town is well worth a visit for a day or two. - Very helpful and friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. The gentleman on the reception booked the Despina for our crossing to Paxos. The hotel was very centrally located in the old town with a fantastic view of the old fort from our balcony. It was a wonderful start to our week's holiday and we will certainly return when next in Corfu.

  We received a very warm welcome and a cold welcome drink which was much appreciated on the hot day we arrived. The bedroom was immaculately tidy and clean with complimentary drinks in the mini fridge and air conditioning. The Staff especially sperios were the most helpful I have come across while travelling the world. this is the best hotel I have ever been in. they welcome you with open arms. they advised us where to go where to eat , all excellent suggestions. We got the bus to achillion , kanion and palioskatritias, very cheap and not long journeys. I would recommend this to anyone and I will be going back as soon as i can

  The location of the hotel is excellent, overlooking the sea but also within walking distance of the beautiful old Venetian town. The superior room was very comfortable with a sea view. The hotel offered an excellent buffet breakfast including fresh orange juice, fruit, yoghurt, hot and cold savoury buffet (bacon, eggs, bake - We arrived too early in the morning, wanted to leave our suitcase till the check in time that we could hanging around the city. But the staffs are very kind, they told us to sat down for a drink, and during that time they made our room so we could check in! The location was perfect (20 min slow walk from airport, 10 min walk from city center), rooms are huge and clean, breakfast was perfect (everything was great but the freshly squeezed orange juice was superb).   The staff were very professional; they spoke English well and were friendly, helpful, well-informed and well-educated. There was always someone from staff present, 24x7. There was a very comfortable swimming pool, even a small pool for toddlers. The bar at the swimming pool had drinks and food, including milk for our 2yo child. Everything you need in one place. 24 hour bar on site, lovely pool and chilled out atmosphere. Bakery, Supermarket and Pizzeria all within 2 minute walk of apartments. 10 euro to get to Corfu town in a taxi. We stayed two nights either side of a 7 day villa stay up north and it worked well for us.

  Lovely friendly staff. Rooms were clean and nicely laid out, having recently been refurbished. Ask for a sea view.Fridge in room which is useful for keeping cool water. Really good location if you do not mind walking into town (30 mins) with the sea to look at all the way.. Its called theotokis family the grilled swordfish and greek salad were amazing and very reasonably priced. Try their house red wine too. The fort - We could not point a finger on anything (and we are frequent travelers). All staff are extremely friendly and helpful - without exception. Sea view from 3rd floor is fantastic. Good, local restaurants nearby and a great outdoor relaxation area with a fast service bar. Its nice that the pool has a limited opening time to secure some calm. Just a few minutes from the airport by taxi. Easy walk to town along the promenade. Best value for money we have had for years. And not to forget the splendid

  This hotel left so nice memories for my wife and I. It was our home, great location, sea view, very close to the old town & very nice team running the place. They took care of us in every possible way. Comfortable nice sized rooms with good pillows :) & beds. We had great sunsets from our room and the bar. Nice salty water 3 pools. The hotel manager helped us with our bags to the room which was a v - Very nice and helpful staff. We liked the hotel very much, a nice not expensiv room with a nice balcony. The hotel is a viewpoint itself with a gorgeous view over the see, and a great show to see the aircrafts landing and departure just a few hundred meters away. And it didn´t disturb my sleep. Local bus took us to the city in 12 minutes. Recommendable.
