  Charming, excellent service and breakfast. Clearly a good restaurant attached. (I did not dine, but locals came to lunch and dinner both nights I stayed. There was a formal event the Saturday night I was there, looked very nice. The staff prepared for hours before.   Size of roome, cleanliness, breakfast, staff friendly and efficient - I liked the location (i.e. it was only a couple of blocks from where I needed to go) and the rooms were very clean. I also liked the complimentary water.
