The simply furnished rooms and dormitories at Jugendherberge Stuttgart International all include a seating area and a private bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Buffets are served for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the dining room. Laundry facilities are available, and free lockers and a storage room for luggage are provided. Guests are welcome to play the piano or enjoy a game of pool (billiards) or table football. There is also a TV room, as well as a common lounge on every floor. This was my first time to use youth hostel. I can say, it was not too bad. We went to there by car, so Free parking was great! Breakfast was great for include price. Break fast aria had a great view. Room was clean, enough space for 4 of us. Comforter and Pillow creeped me out before we put them cover on. But sheet and cover were tick cotton material and clean, so after I put cover, I was fine. For my daughters and me, It was fine to sleep in bank bed, surprisingly, it was pretty comfortable. P.
alle vurderinger » Staff is very friendly. I got excellent directions for sightseeing and transportation. The breakfast was tasty. Nice bar. Good view. Easy to reach on foot after a night in town. Good location near city center. Excellent view from the hill where hostel is. Excellent value for the money. It would not be a good choice if you have big luggage as the hotel situates on the top of the mountain. Good and clean facilities with a good breakfast. People with a very good and professional approach. I really enjoyed my stay here, the Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities. The location is good, the city centre can be reached by foot. The parking is free, just that sometimes it is hard to get a free place. However, keep in mind that it is a hostel so you cannot expect a 4-star hotel. Nice place not far from the city center, easy access by public transportation. My husband is big guy and he said mattress is too tin and it feels like sleeping on wood panel. There was no soap in the bathroom. No air conditioning in the rooms. You have to pay for WiFi, and it has a very limited coverage. Wifi should be free and available in all areas, i.e. not restricted to lobby and an one equipment. Location is a bit high, and I climbed hills everyday. too far from main station. Nothing i can remember.... no free wifi, staff in the kitchen and the reception could be more friendly :). Expensive. no wifi in rooms. the staff sometimes moving very slowly, so queues can be formed on the reception. Some people were making a lot of noise at night. They stopped around 1.30 a.m. located in the middle of hill. not easy to get if you walk to the place. Wifi is not free. You have to pay for wifi,. Very expensive. It´s still a hostel and they charge you like a hotel. Very basic. The computer system is broken, I waited there till 7:00 p.m to check in. It is not close to the train station at all. One has to take the train. It is not walking distance at all. Wi-fi connection cost is very expensive (2 € per hour), i didn't expect that much expensive. very expensive for what it is. Funny smell in the room. Quite a walk to the train station. I'm sure its more than mins walk as stated. 70€ and empty room! Just 2 little beds. No tv, no shampoo, no shower gel, towels not included. For using 2 little towels - 4€ extra??? Checkout 10 am. The price in the letsbookhotel.com its totaly diferent! When I make reservation for 37,80 Euro, in the hotel actually real price is 45,90 euro. This icl. 1,70 letsbookhotel.com tax (!!!), 5 euro reservation and bla bla.

Important information to guests

All guests need to be members of the DJH (German Youth Hostel Association) or Hostelling International. Membership can be purchased at the reception upon arrival. It costs EUR 7 per year for German guests up to the age of 26 and EUR 22.50 for families or guests aged 27 and above. Each year from June onwards, membership will be half price for guests purchasing a DJH membership for the first time. Foreign guests need a Hostelling International Card (EUR 18), if they are not a member of a national Hostelling Federation. For single overnight stays, a Welcome Stamp can be purchased for EUR 3.50. WIFI is available in public areas free of charge two times a day for 30 min per device.
