We choose this location as it was in a similar range from both Linderhof and Neuschwanstein which we wanted to visit both (approx 30-40 minutes by car, very nice landscape)

Better than expected bed and bathroom. The couple who own the hotel were wonderful to me and prepared a special meal and helped arrange ground transportation. The hotel is located ij the center of a beautiful little village and close to many attractions. I backpacked the Konigs Ludwig Trail and found it very comfortable. -
