  When we arrived there was a problem with our booking so the owner dealt with it straight away, she efficiently made arrangements to offer us two rooms for the same price as the family room we had booked.   Hotel La Residence staff was really just friendly and outgoing. The front desk staff was great in asking for info, resturants, places to go. I ordered flowers through the staff for my girlfriend and they were there at the front desk with in 30min! Great! Later to be delivered to my room at the right time!   Excellent staff who could not have done more in the short time we were there. Plenty of parking, and well situated. The room was excellent and spacious. The breakfast was one of the best in our entire stay in Europe.
