The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which
is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel
though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only

Very convenient location for a one night stop on a "drive through" (Slovenia to UK). Very quiet location, easy, secure parking, the room was comfortable, staff were very friendly. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. -

I loved my room. It was big, the beds were really comfortable and although the room looked a bit old, it was clean and I felt there like at home. The staff of the hotel was also nice and helped us as much as they could. I also can't forget the breakfast. For free breakfast it was truly amazing! Overall great value for money!

The price was fantastic for it's Location we went to the Christmas Markets which was a lovley walk over the Rhine river (Bridge) about good 15-20 min casual stroll. And a fantastic Bakery near Hotel less 2min walk that you must try. Staff were very friendly and customer service as fantastic. We loved our stay at hotel. Expecially the Hotel was a place to sleep not to sit around in.

Loved the location of the hotel which is so close to the DOM Cathedral, the Rhine River (which extends to 4 countries) the city center with shops, pick up point for city tour and Cologne's tourist center. The room was as advertised, clean with all required amenities. Breakfast
was awesome with a wide choice of hot and cold food and beverages. Staff
was really welcoming and helpful plus they offer you as much fruits as
you want and one free bottle of water daily, which was really fantastic.
The location is also just a 5 minute walk from the Dom and central
station plus there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Great
experience and hotel!

Great atmosphere but in carnival weekend it was heaving. No attention to detail from busy staff. We did have everything we needed bar the odd wardrobe door. Free earplugs made the 3.30 am finish to the disco/karaoke OK. -
