Fantastic rooms, clean, comfortable and warm. Everything we needed for our stay was in the very well equipped room. Possibly the single most comfortable beds we've slept in aside from our own. Spotless clean rooms, comfortable, lovely furnishings, all maintained
very well. Wonderful service from attentive capable staff who solve any

Would definitely stay again. Picked up some of the cards at the front desk. Man working front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect. Would recommend to anyone. Don't be put off that it's 15 mins south of the train station - we were given free tram passes on arrival, the trams are 3 an hour, and they take 10 minutes to Konigsalee, or the Altstadt.
