Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation. Wait staff made arrangements for transportation to airport before we left breakfast and checked out. - T

Hotel easy to find. Very clean and tidy. Very good check-in staff. Breakfast good. Food good. If you require a nice hotel with a great rate, this hotel is a good choice. PS rooms had balconies, which was nice. Quite area. Good night's sleep. This is a second review as I have taken the views of the other members of the group into account. - spacious

Large room and very comfortable bed.
Despite being on a main road the hotel was surprisingly quiet.
The interior is not new but everything is very clean and well maintained.
Lovely and helpful staff. There is no restaurant but the staff were happy to recommend nearby places.
The indoor pool and sauna facilities were nice.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. lighting was fine and everything worked. The owner speaks English very well; we had a little trouble with others but not enough to be a concern. Very nice breakfast - you have to ask for eggs or other hot food but they have it and are happy to get it for you.

There were some shops close by where I could pass the time. Also as a solo traveller it was easy to get to the hotel since they provided the shuttle service which was very efficient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. Location was great for the train station, the city and the airport bus. Definitely would stay there again if we return to Frankfurt. - lovely hotel with excellent staff. great breakfast !
