  Excellent service and staff always kind and helpful, from cleaners to room service to front desk. This was possibly the best service we experienced in a hotel in 8 months travelling in Europe.   The hotel's location can't be any better - right by the lake, in the center of Langenargen (by shops, restaurants and the farmers market), and 2 min walk to the ferry.   The room was fantastic, clean, huge, big balcony looking over the Caracalla. It was decorated in a good mix between modern/contemporary. It was nice that you could even close the barrier between the two main rooms for more privacy. The room was not at all "dated" like many other fancy hotels. The bathroom was awesome with a shower and separate bat... hva folk sier » h tub. The complimentary robes were so great I ended up buying one to take home with me. The breakfast was great, fantastic selection. Fresh squeezed - Everything was excellent - room, location (3 minutes to Caracalla Terme),breakfast with shrimps, sparkling wine, strawberries, blackberries, other fruits, cheese and many other delicacies, bathrobes and tea-coffee making facilities in the room. Everytime you bought tickets to Caracalla Terme you received one additional hour as a gift from the hotel. Excellent quality. The best hotel in Baden-Baden to visit Caracalla Terme.
