While not in the city center, it was still a healthy walk away. If it hadn't been a comfortable distance away, the whole day would have been spent driving, shopping, eating, and sleeping. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and provided a map with a quick explanation. The room was very clean, the bathroom nice, and shampoo and soap were included.

Excellent service and staff always kind and helpful, from cleaners to room service to front desk. This was possibly the best service we experienced in a hotel in 8 months travelling in Europe. The location was excellent. In a building with a huge shopping center. ( marktkhauf). Around you many outlet centers. Few feets away from both the swiss and the french borders.
You also have the hotel patio, where it is open untill midnight.
There is big family park across the street from the hotel.
