  Excellent service and staff always kind and helpful, from cleaners to room service to front desk. This was possibly the best service we experienced in a hotel in 8 months travelling in Europe.   As a business traveller, the internet access was great - though signalquality was a bit low during early evening. The restaurant wasspectacular. I wish I had time to explore the spa services a little more- they looked incredible. - Very well presented and great comfort. Food was excellent.
