  It was our third time staying in this hotel. The staff is very friendly & helpful. B/fast is plenty and has lots of choices. We didn't try the evening meals but it always looked delicious and plenty. I would recommend this hotel any day. - Had a lovely time here, visiting family in Sennalger.   The staff is plesant and efficient. They apologised that there was no menu in english and quickly located someone in the staff to sit with me and translate what was in the menu. This is *Service*. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. - good and new sauna facilities, very friendly and helpful personnel.

  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I had a double room and it was bright, spacious, well laid out and very clean. The Restaurant was very nice with a good selection of German food, which more importantly was very tasty, with large portions. Overall - great. - The hotel was very relaxed and friendly. The staff were extremely helpful, cooperative and flexible as the duration of my stay became uncertain due to work commitments.
