Fantastic hosts, arrived as guests, left as friends couldn't be more appropriate. Motorcycle friendly with secure covered parking. We only stayed one night as we passed through, but the area was extremely pleasant and would make a very good holiday destination.

The owners are very friendly people who really make you feel at home. The hotel is really close to the Manderscheid castle.

Please note that only a limited number of parking spaces are available in the small car park at the rear of the guest house. The entrance to the car park is also restricted.

The Lieserpfad (literally: path along the River Lieser) is a particularly scenic hiking trail, and it passes directly by the hotel. Within short walking distance you will find a maar (crater lake) museum, local history museum, the Steinkiste gemstone workshop and the Moll candle-manufacturing centre.
