Great location - only 2min walk to the trendy Gottschedstrasse and 5min walk to the city centre.
The owner, Mr Albrecht, is very friendly and helpful.
The apartment is actually bigger in real life than it looks in the photos.
It's quite stylish which is not common in eastern Germany.

Perfect location for sightseeing on foot. Well-appointed. Good value for money. No noise from other residents. Peaceful, fairly up-market/trendy area. Many cheap and good restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful owner of the property.

The bed was a little firm and squashed in the corner of the room making it difficult for one person to get in and out of the bed. The "on-site" parking is actually street parking which is very busy.
Nothing I didn't like. Maybe if there had been a microwave oven. But the cooker works well.
You have to contact the owner who doesnt live there to get the key.
