Whether it was about the hotel or a location we were going to..Being from the USA, and out of the country for the first time, not knowing about Germany, or locations they always made sure we were confident by time we walked out side. We went to see the Cathedral and the surrounding area. Very nice and walking distance from the hotel. The staff was friendly and allowed us to keep our luggages in a locked and secured room with tags on it. The room is small but we only stayed there to sleep. We were gone the whole day. Free wifi-great amenity. -

Nellie, the receptionist was very freindly and helpful. She set out breakfast for our early departure. Hotel location is great with easy walk to Dom, Rathaus and many shops and restaurants. Rooms are nicely appointed and very comfortable -

Very well equipped room with comfortable bed, good bathroom and cooking facilities. Nice big room, good chairs, free wi-fi worked well. Complimentary drinks and fruit. Breakfast very good. 2 mile easy walk into Aachen or take No 25 bus. Vaals is 5 minutes away for No 50 bus to Maastricht. Owners very nice and helpful. Would return if in Aachen and highly recommend it.
