  Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. The staff were as friendly as could be and made us feel totally at home. Small requests were greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.   Alt - I had a wonderful, large suite that was very well equipped and incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally efficient and helpful and the hotel is very centrally located. - The hotel is at an excellent part of Berlin-Mitte. The suites are clean and very modern.
