  The staff is friendly. It's close to Bonn Central Station. The bathroom in my room was nice. Especially the shower. - I stayed on the top floor and it was wonderful! The hotel staff are very friendly and nice.

  Staff was very nice and helped me with internet access when I didn't have a laptop with me - The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool facility was clean and much appreciated (used daily). Requested a quiet, non-smoking, room and was allocated one on the third floor at the back of the hotel. - The hotel was very central and near the railway station.
