Stayed during the Berlin Marathon weekend where they focused on servicing the runners that lived at their hotel (baskets of bananas etc.) and even after check out they let me use their vitality club to shower and relax before ... hva folk sier » the trip back home. Good location. - Very nice hotel, good price, nice room, area of location very central and not noisy, very polite staff of the hotel, fast check in and check out, very easy to take a taxi ;-)

  Hotellet er lekkert-smekkert, med høy standard, lekker design, lyse farger og supervennlig betjening. Bassenget og området rundt var nyoppusset, stort og flott, treningssenteret lite, men delikat og med helt ok utvalg, og spa-området enkelt, men lekkert (steambadstu, vanlig badstu, tropedusj). Basseng og spa var gull verdt for såre maratonmuskler..... hva folk sier » . - Location of the hotel is excellent and it has it's own parking garage to guests arriving with their own car. Everything was arranged very well, room was very comfortable and well equipped. Staff was polite and nice, which made us feel welcome. We will definitely visit again when we come to Berlin next time! - Outstanding overall quality, staff very friendly, great breakfast choice in a relaxing enviroment, excellent position with public transportations (S+U Bahn) just at 5 minutes walk.

  Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic. Very smart rooms with ultra modern decor. Bathroom open plan with room but toilet does have sliding door for privacy. Shower is great with multiple modes and no problems with going hot or cold. Bed is comfy with separate single duvets. Duvets and pillows are down but not a problem for my feather all... hva folk sier » ergy. Spa on top floor is interesting, rather exposed so not for use by the bashful. Very pleasant and efficient reception staff. Incredibly well plac - It would be impossible to list what I loved about the Axel; I've searched to find something that could be improved, but the rooms, the location, the decor, the dedication fo the regitry staff to help in every way..are all outstanding. I had some shower problems with the hotwater, and both times, the young man at the desk came almost immediately to resolve the problem...and did so, graciously.and efficiently.
