When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.

The location is in the center of the city, the room and the hotel facilities were in high level, and the staff was very nice. - The service was exceptionally good. When we ordered room service, out food came relatively fast and was delicious.

Nice hotel, facilities (pool, gym), good bar with good live music,excellent service. They also rent bikes (and are close to theTiergardens) although they did not have child seat so we had to rentelsewhere (at shop next to Zoo subway) - Excellent Hotel, very good staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great right next to Fredrichstrasse Train Station. The hotel before check in and after you check out the hotel will look after your bags so you do not have to carry them about. - The room was very good and the staff very professional.

Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic. Very smart rooms with
ultra modern decor. Bathroom open plan with room but toilet does have
sliding door for privacy. Shower is great with multiple modes and no
problems with going hot or cold. Bed is comfy with separate single

Lovely welcoming staff.
We had a standard double room with a very comfortable bed. The room was nicely spacious with an apple computer with Internet and ipod speaker doc.
The shower was stocked with White Company products and and Asprey soaps. Very nice!
They have a great do not disturb policy and let each guest just enjoy their time away.

Already stayed here a couple of times. Location is perfect in the Mitte,
near Alexander Platz, the rooms are well designed, modern and all
feature wifi + local iMac. Loved the big tub behind the bed and the
shower is big enough.
