  Very friendly and helpful staff - Excellent central location. Quiet rooms overlooking the inner courtyard; these were requested and supplied. Free internet use was a bonus. Nice bar and restaurant, although our use of these was minimal.

  The hotel was located very centrally. The room was large and overlooked a pedestrian-only shopping area. Most of the local attractions, shopping, and the Christmas Markets were within walking distance of the hotel. A very nice hotel.   Herr & Frau Wolff are wonderful. I enjoyed Frau Wolff from the moment we met and she guided us around Trier and made the visit very nice. The food was excellent and the room extremely clean.   The staff were fantastic. My partner was suffering from acute backpain when we arrived and as a result was unable to leave the hotel during our stay. Everyone was very kind, especially the lady who gave her some of her own supply of painkillers and offered to go to the pharmacy for more; nothing was too much trouble. - The hotel is "Fabulous".
