I liked the proximity to the central train station and the quietness of the area. The staff was very helpful with answers to my question, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was more than sufficient. - Continental breakfast, nearness to train station, pleasant staff, the great review we read about on your site

Great location only a few seconds walk away from the cathedral, train station and main shopping area. Clean but basic rooms. Was there for a soccer international in the rhine energie stadium. Did the job fine. -

Great staff and very friendly, they always were on hand to help me with
directions and as I had organised the trip for a large group the help
was more than appreciated! Also the buffet breakfasts were amazing.
I've stayed in hostels around the world and this is by far one of
the best. Highly recommend staying here. -

Fantastisk frokost -
I loved my room. It was big, the beds were really comfortable and although the room looked a bit old, it was clean and I felt there like at home. The staff of the hotel was also nice and helped us as much as they could. I also can't forget the breakfast. For free breakfast it was truly amazing! Overall great value for money!

The price was fantastic for it's Location we went to the Christmas Markets which was a lovley walk over the Rhine river (Bridge) about good 15-20 min casual stroll. And a fantastic Bakery near Hotel less 2min walk that you must try. Staff were very friendly and customer service as fantastic. We loved our stay at hotel. Expecially the Hotel was a place to sleep not to sit around in.

Comfortable and Quite - I liked the perfect great and quite place of the hotel and very nice view of the exterior together with the near tram n 13 and 18 I was amazed by the room even with its small size also the staff are very helpful until I discoverd bugs in the room it was scarring and unforgotable night
