  Wonderful value for the money. For 80 euro a night we stayed in the "new" building, and were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our suite. The included breakfast was nice - wide selection and great service.   It was very clean and cozy hotel. The room was equipped well enough and pretty silent, therefore neighbors and outside noise were not disturbing during the stay. The hotel is situated not far from central station (Munich HBF), around 5-10min. of walk distance from it.
