The Hotel is very new and very attractively decorated. The room we had was very big - it had 3 beds in it and a settee! The location is excellent for using the S-bahn - about a 3 minute walk from the station. The staff are very freindly and helpful. The room for vary spacious, completely renewed and really very clean. The breakfast was very good and the waiters always working so that you get all you needed.
While we arrived late after midnight everything was perfectly organised so that someone was reachable to give us our keys.
The hotel is a good compromise between downtown and Adlersholf scientific area

A great stay! We stayed at the 2 bedroom apt. For 6 nights. Katrin and
Josefine were very nice and helpful. We had our cell phone with us so
contacting them to arrange key handover was not a problem. The apartment
is amazing! 2 large bedrooms, a really nice living room and a fully
equipped kitchen! It was very clean and comfortable. The apartment's
location is great- Simon- Dach Street offers many cafés, good
restaurants and fun pubs and can be very easily reached by public

The appartment (Pannierstrasse 28) was really nice in its Japanese style and very well equipped. Even in the kitchen everything that you normally miss in apartments was in place (e.g. toaster, teapot, coffee-machine etc). The apartment is located in the backyard, what means no noisy traffic infront of the windows at all (noise from balconies can occur thought). Bus-stop, Rent-a-bike and supermarket in 1 minute distance.

I'd say that everything is fine with this apartments (Karl Marx
Allee 137). It's clean and quite cosy. The kitchen is equipped with
everything you need and moreover there were some oil, tea bags, salt and
sugar - it helps when you've just arrived :) Taxi driver lost in
this district, he didn't know any word in English and Anne explained
him by phone what's a place he needs to get to. Many thanks.
