Fantastisk frokost -
I loved my room. It was big, the beds were really comfortable and although the room looked a bit old, it was clean and I felt there like at home. The staff of the hotel was also nice and helped us as much as they could. I also can't forget the breakfast. For free breakfast it was truly amazing! Overall great value for money!

The price was fantastic for it's Location we went to the Christmas Markets which was a lovley walk over the Rhine river (Bridge) about good 15-20 min casual stroll. And a fantastic Bakery near Hotel less 2min walk that you must try. Staff were very friendly and customer service as fantastic. We loved our stay at hotel. Expecially the Hotel was a place to sleep not to sit around in.

The apartment was great. It was large, well situated near the Cathedral/Train Station. The Manager (Brigette) was great and even provided a map of the Christmas Markets with a suggested route. There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs

Room very quiet. Hotel within walking distance of city centre. - The hotel was comfortable, we were made very welcome, the food was good especially breakfast where the choice was one of the best we have ever had. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city centre hotel and we will use this hotel again.

The location is also just a 5 minute walk from the Dom and central
station plus there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Great
