Front desk was manned all the time. Apartment was very clean. rooms were spacious. Staff were helpful. Beliggenheten - Being a hostel as well as a hotel, this hotel is more suited to groups and young couples, although people of all ages were staying there. The price was excellent for the quality of the rooms. The staff were very friendly and gave us plenty of information about the city and transport etc. There was also an excellent free walking tour

Location is good, 5-7min to the nearest S-ban and U-ban station, 3-4 stops to the city center.
Owner Marc was very helpfull. We arrived early in the morning, at 8:00AM, but Mark helped us and provided luggage room without checking. Even on the Easter eve, Mark made time and helped us with connecting to internet, also explained about nearby station

We cannot recommend these apartments enough! Great location, great facilities and great staff! The apartment was really spacious and ideally located near two metro stations on the main line running through the city. The apartments manager Marc was really helpful and friendly and actually recomended a Vietnamese restaurant right by the apartment where we had one of the best meals of the trip! If we visit Berlin again we will definitely try to stay in Apartments City-Room Berlin next time.

Good neighborhood bars, cafes and underground all nearby also supermarkets.
