  Efficient, friendly and seamless service. Staff were highly professional and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. The area is quiet and the hotel is well appointed.   I found the staff friendly and very helpful. An example of this was despite having to leave at 5.30am on my last morning, they still produced a good buffet breakfast including fresh coffee. - Staff directed us to best food for our one night stay. Great directions in using local transit service. They also offered extra early breakfast.

  For a pension it was just fine. Don't expect any 5 star hotel rooms. Simple, but convenient location if you attend a trade fair - The location of the pension in a nice quiet neighbour. It was close to the train station and major tourist attractions.

  The Hotel is really very good, in a very good location (on foot 3 min away from Hauptbahnhof and 10 min from Center), very clean, quiet enough, cheap, staff was polite. In the 3 nts that we used the Hotel, did my 3colleagues, and I, ever feel ill at ease, or unwelcome, at this superbestablishment.
