  The staff were fantastic. My partner was suffering from acute backpain when we arrived and as a result was unable to leave the hotel during our stay. Everyone was very kind, especially the lady who gave her some of her own supply of painkillers and offered to go to the pharmacy for more; nothing was too much trouble. - The hotel is "Fabulous".   The room was an apartment, and gave us a lot of room to spread out. Close to all major attractions and bus lines. The breakfast was the best that we had in our three weeks in Germany. Guests also have use of the sauna and whirlpool baths, which was welcomed! I would definitely stay here again. It took a bit of getting used to being in a retirement home environment, but the location and everything was great...will make a great story for friends.
