All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this

The staff were very helpful and as we can not speak German they assisted us with all our requests- they even helped us to purchase tram tickets at the tram station opposite the hotel

The buffet breakfast was wonderful, including fresh squeezed orange juice. Beds very comfortable and rooms quiet. - Only 2min from tramway station (line 17 to central rail station, 8 min). Nice view to some skyscrapers. Rooms are clean, minibar-prices are ok.

I found the staff friendly and very helpful. An example of this was despite having to leave at 5.30am on my last morning, they still produced a good buffet breakfast including fresh coffee. - Staff directed us to best food for our one night stay. Great directions in using local transit service. They also offered extra early breakfast.

we stay in this hotel every year, nice personal, comfortable - It is clean and comfortable and most certainly a great value for money. The breakfast spread had a good selection but is somewhat pricey.

three stops in from the airport is the Hbf, where majority of the city's hotels are. It is also the Red Light District. Many reviews have issues with the area, but this doesnt reflect on the hotel to me. If you're in Frankfurt for more than a few nights, go further into the city or rent an apartment

Very comfortable room, free minibar (juice, soft drinks and water), free movies. The room was very well soundproofed.
Breakfast was good without being elaborate and the young woman in attendance was always very welcoming and helpful.

Right near train station but not in the main part of Frankfurt so you can't walk from there anywhere. Taxi from airport couldn't find it because it is so new but it was nice and great value for money.
