The walk from the train station does involve passing by several "exotic" shops and streetwalkers, but this is germany, and any hotel near to a railway station is going to involve an interesting walk.

Modern hotel, modern furniture, nice athmosphere at the lobby, fresh flowers everywhere, nice bar, fruits at the reception, nice bathroom, free internett access. - Great hotel in a decent spot, could do with air conditioning, but thepool and sauna made up for that.
